Since 2012, each year, the “Lac-à-Jim Marathon” brings the resort center to life with swimmers from around the world and young swimmers from the surrounding area. This long-distance swimming event attracts many visitors to Saint-Thomas-Didyme.

Several activities and festivities are organized during the marathon weekend. Canoes and kayaks will be available for those who wish to volunteer to help ensure the safety of the swimmers. Food and bar services will also be offered. Cottages and campsites are available for rent.
