RESERVATION POLICY FOR CAMPSITES, COTTAGES, AND PACKAGES

Rental Conditions

• Check-in at 1:00 PM for campsites, 3:00 PM for cottages and packages
• Check-out at 11:00 AM

Payment Conditions

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales taxes (GST-QST) not included.
• For stays of two (2) nights or more, a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total value of the stay, as applicable, will be required at the time of booking.
• The reserved site is not guaranteed, as certain changes may be made without notice.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund will be granted to users leaving before the end of their stay.
• Cancellation deadlines:
  • With meal package: cancellation must be made at least 1 week in advance; a 5% fee of the total reservation will be charged for administrative costs.
  • Without meal package: cancellation allowed until the day before the stay; a 5% fee of the total reservation will still apply for administrative costs.
