FREE Snowshoe Lending to Explore the Trails in Winter

Borrow our snowshoes for FREE in winter to enjoy our trails, fresh air, and beautiful landscapes. Treat yourself to a snowshoeing getaway at Lac-à-Jim.

Several free and marked trails covering 8 km are accessible. Children accompanied by adults can try the Squirrel Trail. The Partridge, Bear, or Moose Trails will satisfy those seeking moderate difficulty. The Voyageur Trail leads visitors to the Voyageurs’ Pass — perfect for fun with family and friends.

We have around fifty snowshoes for adults and children available at the resort center. Come see us at the main building — we’ll be happy to lend them to you FREE of charge.

Watercraft Rental

For a day or weekend of fishing, we offer fully equipped boat rentals with Yamaha 9.9Hp 4-stroke motors, available by the day or half-day. Gas is included.

Our boats are very safe and allow you to explore the beautiful Lac-à-Jim and fish for species found in Lac-Saint-Jean (landlocked salmon, walleye, pike, etc.).

Boat launch hours for a full-day rental: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Rates:

• $80 CAD for a half-day (taxes included)
• $125 CAD for a full day (taxes included)

Please note:

• Accidental damage or damage due to excessive use is the responsibility of the user
• A refundable deposit is required when picking up the boat
